Do surround how much in a book of split up peas?I cook with the split up peas bought wholesale. I mets't has a ladder of house and my recipe calls a book. Do how much the cups of split up dried peas equal a book?
I did just of the lenses and it seemed the pretty end to 2 full cups to a book.
guess 2 cups
A book of dried peas equals 2 1/4 compact

8 ounces = 1 cup
1 book = 16 ounces
therefore, I would say that 1 book of split up peas would be 2 cups
