this picture has green beans as a side that I want to know that they were prepared roasted or roasted or that? they have brilliant surface on them does I put them in some oil type first if if which type? thank you here the picture

I would say bleaching the beans (boiling quickly), then to cool in ice water to shock (keeps their crunchy one and their color). Jump in a small oil of olives - maybe with garlic crushed.
