Edema BeansHelp with the anorexia. .....!?

Well this is very honest and ive never was this honest one in my life but I must help and must please put says me you should eat just and you should stop still to cause this because this custom assistance.
I am an anorexic return and weighs around 90 books and am 5'3. I j'occasionaly has frenzies and purges but was really good of them and stopped them a lot. nevertheless recently I have overexercising a lot as 6 races of mile then 60 more of minutes on the elliptic one or 30 races of meticulous tier. I eat only a huge salad a day with about onions a cup and a half of the crusts and a half cup of the cut carrots in split with about 1/2 compacts sauce of low computer-assisted teaching. I also realized me I obtain the edema now despite my efforts to add the protein as the means of lunch and the kidney beans to my salads. I want to know to slow down the exercise. and The weight until I eat Three meals by the day... any suggestions or helps? ??... Systems? the exercise projects? .. You have seriously need to obtain some assistance if ur has the intention to raise itself anorexia.. : (
U should obtain a nutrionist, because they counterbalance how much you should eat a day and how much u has excersie.

I think should find you a good dietician/nutritionniste and a good therapist to help works you by your health worries.

Maybe if you try to mislead you to exercise while doing the things that you do are taken in top in the moment.
