Chickpeas

If you buy the peas in chick can (or the beans of gabonzo), if you rinse are them they approve to eat in the present state, or do they need to be cooked? :)

You eat them not cooks... Just as they are directly can.
THEY are big on the salads also.

They are alreday cooked.

You can rinse them. ........And marks cold salads with them. You can simmer them in their juice and eat the heats. You can add them to the soups. You can do the humus with them also.

By the definition that they already are cooked because of the can treat. .. Put they are the cold one disgusting. .. of ymmv of course

ALL that enters cans already is cooked. Can treat it implies the food kitchen. Did you think REALLY that the mean peas in can were believed?

... They are already cooked themselves they are enough stretched..

Do you know hummus? his fact with these also.. if you grind them just with a little oil of oilve, few pods of garlic, some juice of lemon and the salt to taste.. you have your oneself a big and healthy decrease!
