Beef And Bean Recipe Black With the Noodles

Serves: 4
The ingredients for beef and the recipe of black bean with the noodles:
250G (8oz.) immediate noodles
500G (1 book) beef, thinly cut in split
2 oils of sesame of small spoons
2 garlic of cloves, crushed
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
oil, to cook
6 scallions, cut in split on the diagonal
1 small red, thinly cut bell pepper in split
125 g(4oz.) snow pea, divided in two on the diagonal
4 tablespoons bean black and the garlic sauce (sees the Grade)
2 tablespoons hoisin the sauce
1/2 compacts (60 g/2 ounces) the bean sprouts
The directions for beef and the recipe of black bean with the noodles:
1. Cook the noodles according to the directions of the manufacturer, then to drain and keep hot.
2. Place beef, the sesame oil, the garlic and the ginger in a bowl and a mixture together well. Heat the wok until very hot, after that adds 1 tablespoon of the oil and churns it around to clothe the side.
