Does the food vermicelle of bean lowers consumption of moisturizes carbon in rice comparison, the vermicelle of rice and the noodles?When I visit my doctor, I said it I was on the system. It said, if I take the bean vermicelle (c.-a -d. the noodles of glass) instead of the rice, the vermicelle of rice or the noodles, my consumption of moisturizes carbon will be lower. Because the bean vermicelle gives us the protein instead of moisturizes it carbon. How is true that?
If my doctor said me to avoid of the moisturize carbon as an absolute one, I would question him/she. (I've had several conversations with people of trade of health that seem astonished to my knowledge. I they devine're that is used to treats people that buys literally that the food businesses think are healthy. Alternately, certain of the people of trade seem to buy the same things also). Yes, you would obtain probably more of protein of the beans, nevertheless the one would obtain also of the entire grains if pasta of entire grain or the complete rice is used. I do not avoid entire grains. I avoid white "grains"-- white rice, the white noodles, the white bread, etc.
